The median sale price for Rotorua properties for the month of SEPTEMBER 2018 was $420,000 up from $390,000 for the month before and up from $335,000 for the same period last year. The number of sales for SEPTEMBER 2018 was 75 down from 88 for the month before, and down from 77 sales for the same period last year. The average days on the market for SEPTEMBER 2018 was 34 days, down from 36 days for the month before and up from 27 days for the same period last year.
