The median sale price for Rotorua properties for the month of FEBRUARY 2019 was $420,000 down from $430,000 for the month before and up from $373,500 for the same period last year. The number of sales for FEBRARY 2019 was 92 up from 71 for the month before, and up from 88 sales for the same period last year. The average days on the market for FEBRUARY 2019 was 43 days, down from 45 days for the month before and down from 44 days for the same period last year.
